Orders placed in the United States and Australia:

Delivery
Most orders are delivered by your local postal service and will arrive with your regular mail.

Failed Delivery

The parcel may be returned to My Brush Wash at the customer’s expense.
Return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your order has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.
